2. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes arising from consumer relations, the client may resort to the PROCON of their state or to the federal consumer dispute resolution platform consumidor.gov.br, under the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
Nocera Information Security ME® is not obliged to take part in out-of-court consumer mediation or arbitration processes, unless expressly provided in a contract or ordered by a competent authority. 3. Content Liability
As a service provider, Nocera Information Security ME® is responsible for its own content published on this site, under art. 19 of the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law No. 12,965/2014). We are not, however, obliged to permanently monitor information from third parties transmitted or stored, nor to actively investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
The legal obligations to remove or block the use of information remain unchanged. Any liability for third-party content only arises from the moment we become aware of an actual violation of the law. Any identified illegal content will be removed immediately after we become aware of it.

This site may contain links to external third-party websites. We do not influence the content of those sites and therefore assume no responsibility for it; the respective providers or administrators are fully responsible for their own content.
